Paul Sartori joined the Curry School Foundation Board in 2005. 

Paul was named corporate vice president, Public Affairs and Human Resources, for Bausch & Lomb in 2008.

Previously, he was senior vice president of organizational development and human resources for BioTrove, Inc, which he joined in 2007. Beginning in 2000, he was a partner and principal at CHM Partners International, LLC, the international executive search and management consulting firm. While at CHM, he served as the chief human resources officer on a retained basis for a number of start-up companies, including Integrated Biosystems and Focus Diagnostics.

Paul has also served as global vice president of human resources for Covance; executive vice president, External Affairs and Human Resources, at Novartis; senior vice president of Human Resources and Communications at CIBA-Geigy; and global vice president of Human Resources at CIBA-Corning Diagnostics.

He has held teaching and administrative roles at the University of Virginia, James Madison University, and the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia. He has served on the advisory committee for the Darden Graduate School of Business/Curry School Partnership for Leaders in Education.

Paul received his M.A.T. in history from the University of Virginia, his Ph.D. in education from the Curry School of Education, his M.B.A. from the Darden Graduate School of Business, and his B.A. in history from Northeastern University.

Paul resides Rochester, New York.
