Vice Chair

Sandra Stern joined the Curry School Foundation Board in 2003.

Sandra is managing director, Citicorp Global Wealth Management Multiple Residence and Farm Advisory Group. She founded the division in 2002 and advises ultra high net worth clients on the proper management and maintenance of their homes and farms.

She is founder and a former director of the Halifax County Continuing Education Center, now known as the Southern Virginia Higher Education Center. In this rural area of the state, many families had never been able to attend college. Her efforts created opportunities for the first time for many students in southern Virginia to pursue higher education.

Sandra has also served as director of instruction for the Halifax County School System in Virginia and director of executive education in the Darden School of Business. She currently sits on the board of directors of the Parkinson’s Disease Foundation and on the U.Va. capital campaign’s National Committee on University Resources.

She received a B.A. from Bridgewater College, an M.A. from Longwood University, and an Ed.D. from the Curry School of Education. She resides in Englewood, New Jersey.
