Will --
Glad to know you're onboard for this project! Marcia and I know
how thorough you are and you'll be able to fix this problem in a snap!
There are a number of things we want to make sure are covered in the
needs assessment - no doubt you've already made a list of what's
important, but let's make sure we're all singing the same tune! In your
initial needs assessment report, please be sure to provide -- in addition to
the usual goals stuff -- a list of the specific needs that exist and a comparative
list of all the possible solutions. Be sure to make it clear what your
recommendations are. Marcia also needs to know which staff lines
will require training.
Let us know who you talk to - Marcia likes to keep up on what the staff
concerns are on the floor.
One other thing, would you include some sort of breakdown on the kind of
facilities you'll need for training?
Talk soon,
Aaron
