Bill is director of the PrimaryAccess
project, which provides an online infrastructure
for K-12 students to create digital documentaries using
primary source historical documents.
A recent Curry alum, he is currently a senior scientist
at the
University of Virginia with a joint appointment with
the Center for
Technology and Teacher Education at the Curry School
and the Virginia
Center for Digital History at the College of Arts
and Sciences.
